Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery, assessing and coaching methods are applied formations coach Josep Guardiola is quite strange.
"4-1-4-1 formation that was weird. Formation is new and different. We need to practice, talk, and learn to perfect it. Normal coach would like to try it," said Ribery told Bild.
Guardiola did have a tough task. He inherited a team that had just won the treble winners under coach Jupp Heynckes. They won the Bundesliga, Champions League and DFB Pokal 2012-13 season.
